A:All TRUVU® aquariums and filtration products carry a limited lifetime warranty against leakage.

Q: How do I read the size dimensions on TRUVU® products?
A:All TRUVU® products follow the measurement standard in the aquarium market. All rectangular aquariums are measured in Length x Width x Height. (length=left to right x width=front to back x Height= top to bottom). Hexagon aquariums are measured flat panel to flat panel x height. Filters are measured the same as aquariums (L x W x H).

Q: How can I save money on shipping costs?
A:When shipping items via FedEx or UPS money can be saved by shipping to a business address instead of a home address. (They both charge more for home delivery) When shipping larger items by common carriers (trucking) money can be saved by having the trucking company hold the item at the dock for you to pick up. (Trucking companies charge more for local delivery)

Q: Are your aquariums sold as gallons or model number?
A:We sell our aquariums under a model number (example: Model 125 H) Historically the aquarium community would refer to this as a "125 Gallon" aquarium and that became common place. To figure actual gallons multiply the LxWxH in inches and then divide by 231. (Example for model 125H 60"x18"x24" = 25920/231 = 112.207 Gallons)
