Aquariums shipped via trucking are packed on a pallet with a basic open style crate. The price of this packaging is included in your freight costs.
In the event you prefer a full enclosed crate, we can provide one at the following additional cost.

Terms and Exclusions:
• We ship only within the United States. We do not ship directly into Canada.
• If the item(s) is (are) able to ship via UPS ground the product will be shipped to the "ship to" address.
• Larger items (ex: 55L gal. aquarium and up, multiple smaller items or items exceeding UPS dims for standard freight) will ship via truck. Freight deliveries that are shipped to a home or business are "curb side" deliveries.
• TRUVU Aquariums shall use the freight line of our choice.
• Any additional services are unauthorized by TRUVU aquariums and you are responsible for any additional costs.
• TRUVU aquariums retains the rights to modify or rescind this offer at any time.
